Elevenfold Rush · Legal
Terms of Service
Last updated:
These Terms govern your use of Elevenfold Rush at elevenfold-rush.com (the “Service”), operated by Roman Moroz, Alpenstr. 12, 86159 Augsburg, Germany. Contact: support@elevenfold-legacy.com. Full publisher details are in the Impressum.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data; accepting these Terms is not consent to optional data processing.
1. The game
Elevenfold Rush is a browser street-football game with direct 3-versus-3 play against computer opponents, Streak League runs, player recruitment, friendly matches, training, Quick and Test matches, public rankings and statistics, and an experimental 5v5 Championship. Registration is optional. Rush currently offers no paid features, subscriptions or real-money prizes.
The game is under active development. Content, controls, player attributes, difficulty and progression rules may change as we improve it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old, or older where local law requires, and have the legal capacity or permission needed to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for lawful activity under your account. Do not share accounts or use someone else’s identity.
The experimental 5v5 Championship has separate local tournament records and may change or be restricted during testing. Unfinished schedules and match recovery stay on the original browser. Completed tournament summaries, champions, awards and aggregate statistics sync with private account progress and remain outside public rankings. Recruitment updates the saved friendly team used to enter; Streak League progress and friendly energy remain separate. Up to three completed teams may be retained. Each team may join only one unfinished championship at a time. Resetting an unfinished championship removes its tournament progress while keeping recruited players in its squad. Completed tournament history is retained when starting a new championship.
You may play as a guest. Clearing browser data, changing devices or losing a guest session can make unsynced or unclaimed progress inaccessible. Optional email or Google sign-in lets you associate progress with an account. Local unfinished-match recovery is specific to the browser/device that recorded it.
Guest progress and recovery
We recommend creating an account with email or Google so that you can sign in again. If you remain an unregistered guest and lose your session, browser data or access to the original device, recovery of your team or progress is not guaranteed, subject to your mandatory legal rights. A team name or public leaderboard entry alone does not establish ownership or contain a complete save.
While your guest session works, you can create a private recovery code in Account. Keep it safely outside the browser and disclose it only to support. A new code invalidates the previous one. The code helps support verify control of that guest profile; it is not an account or a guarantee of recovery.
If access is lost, contact support@elevenfold-legacy.com with your saved recovery code, team name, approximate last play date and whether you used the public site or a local server. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens or email verification codes. We may try available private server snapshots, or a local backup you provide. Where ownership and a suitable snapshot can be verified, support can issue a one-time restore code valid for up to 48 hours. Enter it under Account → Guest recovery in an empty guest profile. Existing progress or registered accounts will not be overwritten by this flow.
Server snapshots cover successfully synced private game progress. They do not recover unsynced changes, local unfinished matches or unfinished 5v5 schedules. Available snapshot versions are limited and may be replaced. If no suitable copy or sufficient ownership proof remains, we may be unable to restore the team. These limitations do not exclude liability or consumer rights protected by section 8 or mandatory law.
3. Progress, game content and rankings
Teams, footballers, recruits, energy, rewards, loss credits, results and rankings are virtual game features with no cash value. They cannot be redeemed for money or traded outside features expressly provided by the game.
Gameplay rules shown in the Service determine recruitment, fatigue, rewards and when a run ends or may continue. Friendly, training and test modes affect progress and statistics only as described in their respective interfaces. We do not guarantee a particular result, ranking or permanent preservation of progress.
Runs with at least one league win and recorded player statistics may be published. Rankings rely on browser-submitted results and are not independently verified competitive records. We may investigate suspicious entries and correct or remove records affected by bugs, cheating or abuse.
4. Fair play and public names
You must not:
- Falsify scores, statistics, progress or leaderboard submissions, including by editing stored data or sending fabricated requests.
- Use unauthorized bots, scripts or tools to obtain unfair public results or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Disrupt the Service, bypass access controls or access another person’s account or private data.
- Use unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, impersonating or privacy-invasive usernames, team names or profile text.
Please report bugs privately to support. Ordinary play and practice are welcome; manipulating the public competition is not. Where reasonably necessary, we may remove offending text or records, warn a user, restrict access or suspend an account. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the game working, but interruptions, maintenance, browser incompatibilities, provider outages and data loss can occur. Cloud features require a working connection and available providers. Keep access to your chosen sign-in method; local browser data alone is not a durable account backup.
We may adjust gameplay and correct technical errors, including affected rewards, attributes, progress and rankings, for reasonable development, fairness, security or legal reasons. Material service changes will be communicated where appropriate or legally required. These Terms do not remove statutory rights relating to digital services.
6. Stopping play and deleting an account
You may stop playing at any time. Registered users can request deletion in Account; guest and registered users can also contact support. Deletion removes the account, profile and private progress. Public match and ranking records may remain with the account link removed and the owner labelled Guest, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Contact us about personal information contained in retained public text or archived data.
We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for serious or repeated violations, security or legal obligations. We will provide information about the reason where appropriate, unless doing so would compromise security or violate the law. You may contact support to request a review.
7. Intellectual property
The game software, branding, text and visual/audio content are owned by the operator or used under applicable licences. You receive permission to use the game for personal entertainment subject to these Terms. Third-party and open-licensed assets remain governed by their respective licences; these Terms do not remove permissions granted by those licences or by law.
8. Liability
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and where mandatory law requires it. For ordinary negligence in breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract. Otherwise, liability for ordinary negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, technical, security or product reasons. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated with appropriate notice where required, and agreement will be obtained where legally necessary. If you do not accept a change, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion.
10. Governing law and contact
German law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence. Statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
